How do I know what size to choose?
Please refer to our "Size Guide" page in our header. We go into detail on how to pick the right size and how to care for your bandanas.
I put the wrong shipping address.. what do I do?
If your package is "Returned to Sender" (us) due to an incorrect address, the customer will be required to pay shipping a second time in order for the package to be reshipped.
If you notice that you have entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us immediately. If your package has not shipped, we can fix it. If your package has been shipped, we will have to wait for the package to be "Returned to Sender" and then we can reship it. As stated above, the customer will need to pay for the new shipping label as the old one is considered "used."
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Our current processing time is 5 -7 days for bandana orders and about 1-2 weeks to create your custom orders of treat jars, mugs, and other custom items. After it has been made, it will get shipped and delivered via the delivery option that you choose.
Where's my order? I never received any email updates.
When you place your order, you will receive an emailed order confirmation. After that, you will not get an email update UNTIL your order is ready to ship. Again, our processing time is 5 days to 2 weeks depending on what you order so please understand and we appreciate your patience!
Can I use more than one discount code?
Sadly none of our codes are stackable so you will have to choose only one.
I purchased the wrong size, how can I return my order?
Because of our product's handmade nature we do not accept returns. If you do have any concerns, feel free to reach out!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We finally offer international shipping! It will cost approximately $16-30 depending on the items you purchase!
